I graduated from University of California Davis in June 2014 with a B.S. in genetics, B.A. in Spanish, and a minor in psychology. I am currently working as a Research Associate at Novozymes in San Francisco.

I have previously tutored in both Spanish and math at the middle school level, but would feel comfortable tutoring at the high school level as well. I got 5s on both the Spanish Language AP as well as BC Calculus AP. I have been internationally recognized as intermediate proficiency in both speaking and writing in Spanish in a extensive test I took in Argentina while I was studying abroad.

Hobbies

I was a girl scout from 2nd grade till my senior year in high school, which kept me very in tune with outdoor activities. I love to play soccer and dance. I also have many favorite TV shows and just love to relax and hang out with friends. Traveling is one of my biggest passions, and one of the reasons I try to strengthen my Spanish abilities more and more is to be able to connect with different cultures in an intimate way. I hope to pick up more languages by learning on my own.
