Private tutor in San Francisco, CA

Education

Pursuing Bachelor's in Data Science at University of San Francisco Cum GPA: 3.06 Expected Graduation Date; December 2017

Experience

I mostly tutored middle school students, but I have experience tutoring my peers and adults older than myself as well. AP Scores Calc AB: 5 Calc BC: 5 Chemistry: 4 US History: 4 Enlgish Lit and Comp: 4 Music Theory: 3 Physics: 5 US Gov and Pol: 3 SAT: 2040 ACT: 34 I want to tutor math because I am sincerely passionate about it. In my previous tutoring experience, I had parents say to me "It's good if our child's grade improves, but it would be great if they liked math more too." and this is my favorite thing to hear! Math is a powerful and beautiful tool, but this is not at all obvious until you've struggled with it for years. My passion is sharing my enthusiasm with students of any age so that when they think of math they think "I can do it". College Courses: Calc III Linear Algebra DIscrete Math Math Modeling Stats I Combinatorics Differential Equations At USF I am also a Public Speaking Coach
