Experience
My teaching and tutoring experience includes instructing math courses at the college level to tutoring high school level students individually. I have four years of experience as an educator altogether. I'm currently at the University of California - San Francisco, and I'm working on a thesis regarding discrete geometry and combinatorics. I also work on machine vision software at the university. I'm very skilled in math and computer science, and I communicate to students the importance of these topics in the real world to help students better understand concepts and retain information. I'm very passionate about increasing the levels of diversity for the STEM fields, as well as identifying novel ways to learn math and social justice. Besides programming and math, I can also help students with test preparation for the GRE or SAT, and in learning the French language. In my free time, I enjoy dancing and music.
