Education

I graduated from Shepherd University, a liberal arts college that was originally formed as a teachers college, in 2002 with a BA in Secondary Education, qualified to teach subjects for Grades 5-12. I have received my TOFEL Certification from the University of Toronto, for teaching ESL students, in 2010. I have also received my MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2009 for General Business Management.

Experience

I have tutored students in multiple subjects in multiple grades in multiple countries and cultures. I have been a teacher for the last 10 years, working in the United States, Asia, and the Middle East. I have always enjoyed teaching and tutoring students so that they not only understand the material, but also enjoy it.

I have interests in a variety of things, but mainly in reading (history, historical fiction, contemporary fiction). I also have interests in model making, martial arts, movies and films both in modern times and earlier. I like to keep myself busy so as to keep my mind and skills working and at their peek.
