Hello everyone! I am a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where I completed my BA in Psychology, and utilized my extensive pre-medicine knowledge to score in the 91 percentile on the MCAT. Past students have regarded me as easily relatable, friendly, patient, and motivating. I utilize my diverse background of social experiences and years of professional tutoring experience to tune in to the specific needs of each of my students and communicate solutions concisely. My tutoring experience began in high school when I tutored my peers in Calculus as a member of Mu Alpha Theta Math Honor Society. Later as an undergraduate, I was employed as a tutor for the Tutoring Center where I tutored undergraduate and graduate students in General Chemistry I, General Chemistry II and Introductory Physics. Additionally, I was an active volunteer of the West Philly Tutoring Project and travelled to a nearby middle school to tutor adolescents struggling with Geometry and Statistics. Last year as a certified tutor for Varsity Tutors Miami, I was able to tutor Elementary Math, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-calculus, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physics and all subjects of the MCAT.
