I am a native speaker of Japanese and English and I have over twenty years of experience teaching students of all ages (from 4 to 80) and levels in groups, private lessons, and in universities. I was raised in a bilingual environment, where my siblings and I were immersed in Japanese at school, and our English-teacher mother tutored us in English at home. I look forward to hearing from you! ************************************************************************* CANCELLATION POLICY A 48 hour advance notice (via phone, text, or e-mail) is required to cancel or re-schedule any lessons. If you are unable to notify the instructor 48 hours in advance, the full amount for the lesson will be forfeited. For cancellations with an advance notice of 48 hours or more, a make-up lesson at a mutually agreeable time may be scheduled for no additional fee. If the make-up lesson is cancelled or re-scheduled, the lesson is forfeited. LATE POLICY Clients are expected to pay for the full lesson, regardless of how late they are. Please text as soon as you know you will be late. If the student is 15 minutes or more late to a lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be cancelled. You will be charged for the full amount of the lesson (you will be billed, or this lesson will be deducted from your package).
