Experience
Over 10 years of tutoring experience with high school students, university students, and adults. Worked as a writing consultant in college, and as a Reading/Writing/Math tutor at a local middle school. Tutored students in college-level Spanish at UC Berkeley. Taught English for two years in Russia. The majority of my students were kids ages three to fifteen. I've also taught English online via Skype. My passion is helping people. I've always enjoyed helping others learn and succeed in their studies. I've been tutoring and teaching students since high school. I make sure to work with students and comply with their needs in order to help them achieve the best results. Languages are also my main area of focus - I am fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking), have studied French for a couple of years in college (intermediate reading and writing, basic speaking), understand basic German, and am currently studying Russian. I've taken a course on how to teach mathematics as I enjoy the subject as well.

Hobbies
In my own free time, I like to read, write, draw, paint, create new recipes as a cook, bake, walk in the park, and spending time with friends and family. I love to travel whenever I have the opportunity to do so and keep up to date with current events. I also enjoy teaching children with a play-focused environment. My experience as a former nanny and babysitter has taught me to come up with creative ways to teach basic learning skills to young learners.
