Experience

Hi, I'm Drew. I am available to tutor in math and physics. A few of the particular classes I can help in include Algebra 1 and 2, Calculus, Statistics, Geometry, and Physics. My research demands a lot of math and physics, so I have extensive knowledge to help you in those areas. I have served as a TA for a differential equations class for two semesters that required me to teach tough math concepts to students.Currently, I attend Stanford University, completing my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering. The research I do focuses on lightning; I am trying to measure the quantity of radio energy that proliferates into the Van Allen Radiation Belts from lightning. The answer to this research is vital, as the radiation belts may be hazardous to astronauts in space, or satellites. When I am not researching or tutoring, you can find me walking my dog, playing games, singing karaoke, and working out and training for triathlons.
